As per the schedule, the NIMCET special round seat allotment 2025 will be published after 6 PM on the official website- nimcet.admissions.nic.in . This is the final round of NIMCET seat allotment; therefore, the candidates who will be getting a seat via the special round should accept it. Otherwise, the dissatisfied candidates can skip accepting the seat and can discontinue the NIMCET counselling process.

Candidates who want to accept the allotment can refer to the following steps to find out the seat acceptance process after the NIMCET special round seat allotment 2025.
Visit the official website.
To accept the allotted seat, the candidates should pay Rs 10,000.
After the fee payment, the candidates should freeze their current allotment.
Download the seat allotment letter, which is issued by the authority for the special round seat allottees.
Once the above highlighted process is done, the candidates should take a printout of the downloaded seat allotment letter. Carry the hard copy of the seat allotment letter along with the seat acceptance fee payment receipt. The candidates should visit the allotted colleges and complete the reporting process before the last date. Failure to report to the allotted colleges before the stipulated date (even after seat acceptance) will lead to the disqualification and cancellation of their participation in the counselling process.
