Go to the website for the registration of the PhD course at NIT Rourkela, eapplication.nitrkl.ac.in .
Click on ‘New Candidate Registration’ if you have yet to register, or if you have already registered, then you can log in with your login ID & password, and then fill the application form, followed by submitting it.
The sponsored candidates will be required to submit a scanned copy of the sponsorship certificate while submitting the application form.

Only candidates below 32 years of age will be available for a PhD fellowship. However, this restriction will not be imposed on those who have been awarded fellowships by external agencies or sponsored projects.
If the student with a fellowship from an institute or project fellowship leaves the institute mid-session, then the entire amount will have to be returned by the student before leaving the institute.
