NTA SSC Military Nursing Service Recruitment 2024: Documents required for registration
To complete the registration form, the candidates need to upload the list of relevant documents required for this recruitment:
- Only Female applicants are eligible to apply for this recruitment form
- Age Certificate (Birth Certificate issued by District tehsildar Office/Class 10th Marksheet from a recognised board)
- Educational Qualification Certificates (Class 12th/Class 10th/Equivalent Education) from relevant board
- Photo ID Proof with the updated address from any of these (Aadhaar Card, Permanent Driving License, Voter ID Card, Ration Card. Passport)
- Scanned Passport-size photograph (Not older than three months from the date of application)
- Scanned Signature on a white paper
- Income Certificate of the Family (Only for the applicants who are filling themselves under the EWS category)
- Disability Certificate issued by District Medical Officer (for PwD candidates)
- Category Certificate (For reserved category female applicants only)
- Relevant Certificate for Widowed/Separated/Divorced candidates
- Ex-servicemen record for the candidates who have worked in the Armed forces or similar areas
- NCC Grade Certificate for qualified applicants
It is important to scan the above-mentioned documents in the required format and file sizes. Without this, candidates will not be able to proceed with their SSC Military Nursing Service Application 2024.
