The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the online registration process for JEE Main January 2019 examination on September 01, 2018. It seems like students have been eagerly waiting for the registration, as 10,498 candidates submitted the JEE Main January 2019 online application form within two hours after the commencement of registration.
Students appearing for JEE Main January 2019 exam have multiple tasks to do such as preparing for JEE, board exams and practical exams. Students who applied for JEE January 2019 exam can also apply for JEE Main April 2019 exam to improve their score and chances of admission. The registration for JEE Main April 2019 will commence in February.

JEE Main January 2019 will be conducted from January 06 to January 20, 2018. The exam will be conducted in CBT mode in two shifts, i.e., Morning shift (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) and Afternoon shift (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM).
Students must note that it is not compulsory to appear for both JEE Main January 2019 and JEE Main April 2019 exam. Students can appear either for one exam or both.

The free coaching for JEE Main will begin next year. Meanwhile, students can practice mock test through NTA practice centres. For this purpose, students must visit the official website of NTA to register for JEE Main mock test. At present, there are 2,697 NTA practice centres across the country.
