Reputed Chennai based company Object Frontier conducted off campus placement drive at Geetanjali Institute of Science and Technology on 2-June-2016. The placement drive was open for EEE/ ECE/ CEC/ MBA and MCA pass outs of academic year 2015-2016. Officials of company were welcomed in a grand manner by the college management. Placement drive was inaugurated by College Correspondent, N Sudhakar Reddy. He wished the candidates who attended interviews for their bright future. Company officials introduced the company and explained process of interview.
Four rounds of interview were conducted which included a preliminary online test, technical round, group discussion and a personal interview. The placement drive received a grand response as a total number of 174 candidates participated in the event. Out of them 10 candidates qualified in the personal interview and secured jobs. Officials of the company congratulated qualified students and gave them their offer letters. The selected candidates are offered annual packages ranging from Rs. 2, 45,000 to Rs. 2, 75,000 depending upon their skills and performance in the interview.
Slected candidates were congratulated by the college management. One student of GIST qualified the interview round. College received a grand appreciation from the local residents for organizing this placement drive.
