RGUKT Basar Notification 2025 OUT: Counselling registration begins on May 31 (Image Credit: iStock)RGUKT Basar Notification 2025 : Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Basar, will begin the registration for the counselling process on May 31, 2025 . Interested and eligible candidates can submit the application forms once they are made available on the official website www.rgukt.ac.in by June 21, 2025. After June 21, 2025, no more applications will be accepted from candidates.
After the registration for the counselling process is complete, candidates must take a printout of the application form for future access. For special categories, including PH, CAP, and CC, as well as sports, the last date for receiving the printout of the online application by post is June 25, 2025.
During the registration process, candidates will be required to register on the portal and then use the credentials required to log in to their portal and access the application form. While filling out the application form, candidates will be required to enter their personal and educational details and also upload documents such as their birth certificate and educational certificates for verification purposes. Candidates must ensure to fill in all the fields which will have an asterisk mark in them, without which their submission will be incomplete.
Once the registration form is filled out, candidates need to make the registration fee payment through credit card, debit card, or net banking. Once that is done, the application will be submitted to the authorities. The authorities will screen the application for eligibility and reject the applications of the candidates who are not eligible for the counselling process.
Those who get selected for the next round of the counselling, their names declared in a selection list on July 4, 2025. Candidates must note that this list will not include the names of the candidates who belong to special categories. For the names mentioned in the selection list, their counselling will begin on July 7, 2025.
