Candidates who submit the false certificates, will be liable for the criminal offense and also the admission will be canceled at any point in time. Also, if the false certification or attention by the concerned State Association will be found, then the Association will be disqualified for 3 years.

RGUKT Basar Selection Merit List 2024: Forms should submit for Sports Quota Certificate Verification

Along with the list of required documents, the candidates should submit the following forms if they are taking admission under the Sports quota.

• Form I: For the International Championships (Medal and Participation) issued by the Federation
• Form II: For association national competitions (National/ South Zone Medals/ Participation and State Medals issued by the State Association)
• Form III: For Universities Championships (Inter Collegiate, South Zone University All India issued by the Universities)
• Form IV: For SGF, Central Govt. schemes, for all the other events such as the World/ Asian school games, National/ State Level/ Inter District games issued by the SATS official/ DEO/DYSO

RGUKT Basar Selection Merit List: Guidelines to Follow for Sports Quota Implementation

• Priorities of the candidates will be done based on the best performance of the past 5 years to verify the genuineness of certificates
• The candidates should possess the minimum passing marks for the eligibility test under the sports quota 
• Participation in any games by the candidates after passing the exam will not be considered
• Participation in open tournaments/ Invitation Tournaments that are mentioned in the G.O.will not be considered

As per the schedule, the candidates whose names will be shown in the RGUKT Basar merit list should go for the certificate verification process at the selected venue which is RGUKT Basar Campus, Nirmal Dist, from July 8 to 10, 2024.

• Candidates should pass SSC or any other equivalent exams in the first attempt, in 2024. Note, that the same should be recognized by the State Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
• The age of the candidates should be above 18 years as of June 1, 2024 (21 years for SC/ST candidates)
• International candidates should have Indian citizenship/ PIO/OCI card holders

Other state candidates and International students should pay Rs 1,37,000 per annum as tuition fees. Apart from this, the students should pay Rs 3700 as the admission registration fees.

Candidates who have studied in the schools of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, should pay Rs 37,000 as the first year tuition fees. Along with it, the students pay a refundable caution money of Rs 2000, Rs 700 for medical insurance, and Rs 1000 for admission registration fees.
