The allotment list is provisional in nature, depending on confirmation status by the students, and will be made available in a PDF format on pg.samsodisha.gov.in. Candidates can visit the official website, log in to their dashboard, and access the allotment list. A direct link to the allotment list is also provided. Additionally, candidates can check subject-wise cut-off marks by clicking on the cutoff link.

What after SAMS Odisha CPET First Selection List 2025 is released?
After checking their allotment status, candidates need to provide seat willingness by selecting one of three options:
Slide: This indicates dissatisfaction with the allocated seat and wanting a higher choice of subject.
Freeze: This indicates satisfaction with the seat and willingness to take admission.
Float: This indicates acceptance of the seat at the allotted college but wanting to seek upgradation in the next round for a better subject.
Candidates who choose ‘Freeze’ and ‘Float’ options will then need to pay the admission fees through the SAMS student account portal between June 13, 2025 (6 PM), and June 18, 2025 (3 PM). If candidates face any difficulties during the post-allotment procedure, they can contact officials for guidance. After completing the post-allotment process, candidates will need to report to the allotted institute for first-round admission between June 16, 2025 (10 AM), and June 18, 2025 (5 PM). Since candidates who wish to reject their seats will be choosing ‘Slide’ options, they need not report to the allotted college.

As per the schedule, the last date of reporting to the respective HEIs is June 18, 2025 (till 5 PM). Candidates should not fail to complete the reporting before the deadline; otherwise, their allotment will be cancelled automatically.

During the academic session, the authority will determine the selection process solely based on the CPET entrance marks. However, the candidates who are eligible for weightage have their entrance marks increased accordingly. It, in turn, ensures that the total marks (CPET mark weightage mark) should not exceed 100.

- In such a case, candidates should not visit the HEIs after Round 1, as the authority will not issue an intimation letter for them. Instead, they should wait for the subsequent round

Candidates who choose the freeze option should submit the College Leaving Certificate during the time of admission process. If the candidates fail to submit the CLC by 15 days (maximum) after completing the admission, then it will be cancelled and the admission fees will be forfeited.
