Candidates appearing for the test must know about the important documents that need to be carried on the exam day for pre-exam verification. Without the necessary documents, candidates may have to go through last-minute hassles prior to the examination.
SSC CHSL 2023 Exam March 9: Important Documents to Carry
The list of documents required on the SSC CHSL 2023 exam day is mentioned below so candidates can keep them ready in advance:
The most important document to be carried on the exam day is the SSC CHSL 2023 Admit Card. It is the hall ticket to the examination, without which candidates will not be permitted to sit for the test. Examinees must ensure to carry a copy of the admit card with a self-attested recent passport photograph pasted on top.
The second most essential document is the ID proof. Candidates must carry a copy of their government ID proof, such as an Aadhaar card/PAN card/Passport/Voter’s ID/Driving license. They must also ensure that the spelling of their name mentioned in the ID proof matches that mentioned on the admit card.
Candidates must carry their Class 10 & 12 passing certificates. In case of an equivalent qualification, they must produce an order/letter from the competent authority supporting their claim.
Candidates belonging to the Reserved category must produce a valid certificate signed by the competent authority supporting the claim.
Candidates belonging to the PwD (Physically Disabled/Handicapped) Category must produce a valid certificate signed by the competent authority supporting the claim.
Examinees must carry 2-3 additional passport photographs for use.
The pre-exam verification is a crucial and mandatory step of the SSC CHSL 2023 Examination. Therefore, all candidates must make sure that they do not forget any of the abovementioned documents on SSC CHSL 2023 Exam Day.
