Steps to Challenge NEET Provisional Answer Key 2025: The National Testing Agency conducted the NEET UG 2025 examination on May 4, 2025, across 548 cities and 5,453 centers. Approximately 20.8 million candidates appeared for the NEET UG 2025 exam. Medical candidates may challenge the NEET Provisional Answer Key 2025 online by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹ 200 per answer, and they can likewise contest the OMR grading for ₹ 200 per question. Payment can be made via debit/credit card or net banking until June 5, up to 11:50 PM. Challenges will only be accepted with proof of the processing fee; no other payment methods are allowed.

Steps to Challenge NEET Provisional Answer Key 2025

Medical aspirants who find errors in the answer key must follow the required steps to challenge them.

Step 1: Visit the website - neet.nta.nic.in .

Step 2: Click "Apply for Answer Key Challenge(s)".

Step 3: Choose your Test Booklet Code.

Step 4: Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security Pin to log in.

Step 5: View questions in sequential order and check the answer key.

Step 6: If you disagree with the answer key, select an alternative option by clicking the checkbox.

Step 7: Upload supporting documents in a single PDF file.

Step 8: Save your claim and proceed to the next screen.

Step 9: View a summary of your challenges.

Step 10: Click "Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally" and pay a processing fee of Rs 200/ per question challenged using Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.

Step 11: After successful payment, download and print the Answer Key challenge receipt.

The authorities, after considering the challenges, will release the final answer keys, and scorecards will be released tentatively on June 15, 2025. After the final answer keys are published, no aspirant can challenge it further.
