TS POLYCET 2022 Final Phase Seat Allotment: The provisional allotment of seats for the final phase of TS POLYCET 2022 Counselling has been released on August 06, 2022 at As the Department of Technical Education (DTE), Telangana administers TS POLYCET Counselling Process in two phases only, First Phase and Final Phase, the college allotted now is final and can only be altered through the spot admissions procedure.

Following the same procedure as that of the first phase, once TS POLYCET 2022 Final Seat Allotment is released, candidates are required to self-report through the website and pay the requisite fee to secure their seats. This payment of fees and online self-reporting, in addition to offline reporting at the allotted college, must be done before August 10, 2022. If a candidate does not pay the fee before the given deadline or report online as well as offline, the candidate’s allotted seat will automatically be cancelled.

After the link to ‘Candidate Login’ is activated at, the direct link will be given here. Candidates shall login through the Candidate Login link by entering their ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, and Date of Birth. The seat allotment link will be displayed on the login homepage thereafter.

Note: To self-report through the website, candidates have to access the link for “Self-Report through Online System” given on their login homepage. Candidates shall enter their admission number therein to confirm their seat through self-reporting.

TS POLYCET 2022 Final Phase Seat Allotment: Instructions

Take note of the following things before proceeding with the seat allotment:

  • All candidates, regardless if they wish to take spot admissions, must self-report online and pay the fee mentioned in their allotment letter as per their allotted college. The candidate may lose the allotted seat if the candidate shall fail to do so.
    Fee Details:
    - Government/Aided Polytechnic Colleges: INR 3,800/- per annum
    - Private Un-Aided/Self-Finance Branch in Aided Polytechnic Colleges: INR 15,500/- per annum
  • The fee must be paid online only through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking transactions. The printout of the fee payment receipt must be taken to the allotted college at the time of self-reporting.
  • If a transaction is not displayed as successful even though the amount has been deducted, the money will either be refunded back within 02 working days or the transaction will be displayed as successful.
  • The following order must be followed for the seat allotment process: Online Self-Reporting, followed by Online Fee Payment, followed by Offline Reporting at Allotted College.
  • All the candidates whether allotted a seat in First Phase or Final Phase must offline report at the allotted college between August 08 to August 10, 2022 to register with biometric attendance at the college to finally confirm their seat and take admission.
  • To offline report at the allotted college, candidates must have the Xerox copies of the following documents with them, except Transfer Certificate (T.C.) which must be original:
    - TS POLYCET 2022 Rank Card
    - Aadhar Card
    - SSC Marksheet
    - Transfer Certificate (Original Document)
    - Income Certificate issued on or after 01/01/2022 (if applicable)
    - EWS Income Certificate for 2022-23 issued by Tahsildar (if applicable)
    - Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    - Residence Certificate (if applicable)
    - IV to X Study Certificate (if applicable)
    - PHC/ CAP /NCC /Sports /Anglo-Indian/ PM CARES Certificates (if applicable)
