Union Public Service Commission has launched a new android mobile application for aspirants to access all the exam and recruitment-related information. The UPSC mobile app for exams and recruitment updates has been made available by UPSC on the Google Play Store. Candidates with the help of the mobile app can download the advertisements, notifications, and vacancies for exams. The UPSC mobile app will help test takers to view all information related to the UPSC website which has mandated the responsibilities of making recruitment through competitive exams as well as selection through interviews.
Commission in the press conference stated that “Union Public Service Commission has launched UPSC Android App on Google Play Store for accessing all the Examination and Recruitment related information through mobile. This app, however, would not allow filling application forms using mobile.”
Candidates must note that the UPSC application form needs to be filled out online through the official website- upsconline.nic.in. UPSC in August 2022 also launched the One Time Registration (OTR) platform through which applicants who want to register for any UPSC examination can fill up their basic personal details asked in the application. After the registration is done successfully, the candidate's details will be stored on the Commission’s servers securely.

Step 2: Search for the ‘UPSC- Official App’
Step 3: Click on the ‘Install’ button.
Step 4: Now Open the app and check for the exam updates related to UPSC.
