Vocational course seats to increase at Patna University
The total number of seats in vocational, self- financing courses at Patna University (PU) is likely to be an increase from its next session 2016.
The senate and syndicate apart from the Patna University’s academic council have given their respective approvals for the increase in the number of seats by twenty percent. This also means that there could be additional fifteen seats in approximately every vocational course. The final nod of the chancellor is, however, still awaited.
‘Due to the popularity and its usefulness, vocational courses of Patna University have seen drawing more number of student applicants in last years. It has also been noticed that the number of the applicants increases by eight to ten times.
