WBJEE 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment: List of documents required for reporting at allotted instituteWBJEE 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment : The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will release WBJEE 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment today, September 3. Candidates can check their allotment status by logging into wbjeeb.nic.in , using their WBJEE roll number, password, and security pin.
After checking the seat allotment, candidates are required to report to their allotted colleges for admission between September 3 and 7, 2025. During this period, they must pay the seat acceptance fee and undergo document verification at the allotted college to confirm their admission. Candidates need to review the list of documents required for reporting, as failure to carry the necessary documents may result in denial of admission. Moreover, any errors found in the submitted documents may lead to the cancellation of admission. Candidates must also provide their willingness for the seat during the reporting process.
WBJEE 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment: List of Documents Required for Reporting
After checking WBJEE Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025, candidates will be required to report offline at the allotted institute for verification of the documents provided below:
- All candidates need to bring their Class 10 Admit Card, birth certificate, Class 10 Marksheet, and Class 12 Marksheet.
- OCI candidates are required to bring their OCI Certificate.
- WB Domiciled candidates must provide a Domicile certificate in accordance with Sections 3.4, 3.4.1, and 3.4.2 of the WBJEE-2025 Information Bulletin.
- Candidates need to submit their respective category certificates as per Sections 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4 of the Information Bulletin.
- OBC-A/B and EWS candidates must provide certificates issued on or after April 1, 2025, mentioning their non-Creamy layer status and sub-category.
- PwD candidates need to provide a certificate as per Section 5.5 of the Information Bulletin.
- TFW candidates require a certificate as per Sections 6.0, 6.1, and 6.2 of the Information Bulletin.
