Candidates must note that during registration, they will not only have to fill out the form but also upload the documents required for verification purposes. Furthermore, they also need to pay a registration fee as per their category to submit their form on the portal. Without this, their application will not be processed for further steps. While uploading documents, candidates must adhere to the guidelines set by the authorities, failing which the documents will be rejected.
The WBJEE application fee structure varies based on the candidate’s category and gender. General male candidates are required to pay Rs 500, while general female candidates and male candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, EWS, and TFW categories need to pay Rs 400. For female candidates from SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, EWS, and TFW categories, the fee is Rs 300. Candidates identifying as the third gender are required to pay Rs 200.
