WBJEE Round 2 Seat Allotment 2025 Release Date

For round 2 admissions, the WBJEE Seat Allotment 2025 Release Date is set as September 9. After that, new seat allottees should complete their document verification before the scheduled time.

WBJEE Round 2 Seat Allotment 2025 Release Date: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board is planning to release the WBJEE Round 2 Seat Allotment 2025 on September 9, 2025. Candidates who have opted for seat upgrade or did not get any seat allotment in the previous round, those who paid the seat acceptance fee, completed document verification, but allotment in Round 1 was cancelled, due to various reasons other than academic errors, are only eligible for the Round 2 allotment process. Once the allotment is out, candidates can log into the respective portal wbjeeb.nic.in. and enter the mandatory fields such as type of registration (JEE or WBJEE), roll number and password. It will show the allotted institution name, allotted course, candidate name, category, gender, rank, fee to be paid and other instructions.

Following this, those who will be allotted fresh seats in round 2 will have to accept the seats by paying the seat acceptance fee and reporting to the allotted institutes between September 9 to 11, 2025.

All candidates who receive seat allotments in WBJEE Round 2 Seat Allotment 2025 must complete the online reporting process and pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 5,000. Following this, they are required to physically report to their allotted institute and pay the remaining admission fee in order to confirm their seat. Failure to report to the designated institute will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat, referred to as an “Exit.” However, if verification fails, then the candidate will be disqualified. Candidates also have the option to withdraw their seat within the same specified period.
