WBSCTE JEXPO 2019: Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Exam Pattern & Counselling

WBSCTE, also known as West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development has released the notification for JEXPO 2019 and VOLCET 2019 exam for the admission to Diploma in Engineering course and Diploma in Engineering (Lateral Entry). All the details about JEXPO and VOLCET 2019 are elaborated below.

JEXPO 2019 Eligibility Criteria:

• JEXPO 2019 is an entrance exam conducted by WBSCTE for the admission to Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic) course.
• All the applicants must have passed Class 10 from West Bengal Board of Secondary Education with English, Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• The applicants must have a minimum of 35% marks in Class 10 to be eligible for the JEXPO 2019 exam.
• There is no upper age limit for JEXPO 2019.

VOLCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria:

• VOLCET 2019 is an entrance examination conducted by WBSCTE for the admission to Second-Year (Lateral Entry) Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic) course.
• All the applicants must have passed Class 12 or two-year duration ITI course to be eligible for VOLCET 2018.
• There is no upper age limit for VOLCET 2019.

JEXPO & VOLCET 2019 Application Process: -

• Both online and offline submission of application is possible for JEXPO and VOLCET 2019.
• Visit the official website of WBSCTE to submit the online application.
• After filling the online application, the candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 450 (Rs. 225 for Kanyasree enrolees).
• Candidates can also obtain the application form for JEXPO and VOLCET from selected polytechnic colleges and ITIs by paying Rs. 500 (Rs. 250 for Kanyasree enrolees) towards application fee.
• The filled-in application form can be submitted in the selected polytechnics or ITIs.
