Amrita University Announces AEEE 2017 Admission Process

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham invites applications for its Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE) on all India basis for admissions to the four-year specialised B.Tech programmes offered at its four campuses in Bengaluru, Amritapuri (Kollam), Vengal (Chennai) and Ettimadai (Coimbatore).
The examination will be conducted both offline and online at about 100 examination centres across the country. The B.Tech courses offered at Amrita University are:
- Aerospace Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering or EEE
- Computer Science and Engineering or CSE
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering or ECE
- Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering or EIE

Eligibility for the AEEE 2017:
- Candidates must clear their 12th examination from a recognised board
- Must have aggregate of 60% marks in the final examination
- Must have 55% marks in three subjects of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry
- Candidates willing to apply should be born on/after the pre-mentioned date of 1st July 1996
- Candidates appearing in their final examination can apply but the results of the same must be declared by April/May 2017
How to Apply for the Course:
Aspiring students can apply in offline as well as online mode. The candidates who apply online have to pay an application fee of INR 1000 either through Debit card or Credit card or with Net banking. Candidates can purchase application forms from the designated sale outlets on payment of INR. 1000. The list of sale outlets is mentioned on the University's official website. They can buy application form from the University campus by cash or by sending a demand draft of INR 1000 that must be drawn in favour of the school - "Amrita School of Engineering" and payable at Coimbatore.
