Bar Council of Haryana and Punjab Conducts 2nd Convocation in Chandigarh
- During the convocation, the new advocates were distributed the enrollment certificate by the Chief Justice Jaspal Singh.
- 395 new advocates were entrusted with the certificate during the ceremony of Bar Council of Haryana and Punjab.
The second convocation of theBar Council of Haryana and Punjabtook place in the auditorium of Law Bhawan, Chandigarh. The second convocation was organized to distribute the enrollment certificate to the new entrants in thelaw field. TheChief Guestfor the occasion was Chief Justice Jaspal Singh of Punjab and Haryana High Court. He graced the event with his presence and distributed theenrollment certificatesto the newly enrolled lawyers of Punjab and Haryana. 395newly enrolled advocates from Punjab and Haryana were given the certificate.

During his speechChief JusticeJaspal Singh, addressed the audience regarding the concept ofJustice Delivery System. He stated that to have a successful career in the law, one should not adopt shortcuts. Whereas they should adopt the path ofhard workto maintain the faith of their clients since it is one of the most vital parts of the Justice delivery system. The2nd convocation of Bar Councilof Haryana and Punjab was attended by the families of new entrants as well.

Vijender Singh Ahlawat, Chairman Bar Council Punjab, and Haryana appraised about the speech and talked about the various scheme introduced by theBar Councilunder the Haryana Advocates Welfare fund rule 2014. He congratulated the new entrants of the two states and advised them to maintain the dignity of the profession along with exhibiting professional dedication to their respective clients. The event was attended by various elected members of the Bar Council of India such as Harpreet Singh Garcha, Former Vice Chairman, Rajeev Kaswan, Vice Chairman, Jai Vir Yadav, Secretary, and others.
