CBSE Board exams are in full swing and class 12 students have just appeared for their Maths exam. The students have reported that Maths paper was lengthy, however, the difficulty level was not as much as in 2016.

Many students reported that they were not able to attempt the entire question paper but it was simpler than the Maths paper of 2016 where students had to appeal the Board for grace marks.

Sweta Goswami, a student appearing for class 12 board exams said that the Maths paper was not as twisted as last year’s. She added that she didn’t get time for revision.

Another student, Aditya said that he was only able to attempt questions worth only 85 marks. He said that even though the question paper was lengthy, it was easier than last year.

Many students reported that it was hard to finish the paper and said they would have performed better if they had more time.

In 2016, various students and teachers had said that the Maths exam was unusually tough. Students across India went into a state of shock and panic after appearing for the exam. Many students had also asked the Board to conduct a retest.
