CBSE has released the result forJEE Main 2018and the common rank list cutoff stood at 74 this year. JEE Main 2018 was successfully conducted on April 08, 2018, and the experts figured out that thedifficulty level of JEE Main 2018 question paperwas moderate. However, Physics and Mathematics were considered as toughest in JEE Mains 2018 this year. The questions were lengthy, and these two sections consumed more time of the students. Compared to the last two years, Physics was tougher than Mathematics this year.

An expert in JEE Main coaching was of the opinion that thecut-off for JEE Main 2018is expected to be around 80 to 90, however, the cut-off stooped quite low.PhysicsandOrganic Chemistryturned out to be most difficult this year. The questions were more numerical based and time-consuming. However,Inorganic Chemistrywas easy this year. Most of the questions in Physics were based on Class 11 syllabus, he explained.
