CLAT 2022: TNNLU Seat Matrix Changed, Edit Application Form before May 30

CLAT 2022: As per the official notification posted by the Consortium of National Law Universities on its official website, the seat matrix for the Tamil Nadu National Law University, Tiruchirappalli has been changed. The necessary changes are mentioned below. As per these changes, the candidates will be required to update their reservation categories if applicable.

It must be noted that the modification/revision to be made must be done before May 30, 2022. Any requests for the revision of reservations after the given last date will not be entertained.

The following are the changes made in the seat matrix of the Tamil Nadu National Law University, Tiruchirappalli. Candidate must update their reservation categories accordingly:

• For both UG and PG, the All-India OBC Category (NCL or CL notified by TNNLU) has been adopted. Students who had selected OBC in the All-India category field will automatically be applied for the All-India OBC category in TNNLU.
• Wards of Kashmiri Migrants & Kashmiri Pandits/ Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) have been included in the UG category.
• Eminent Tamilnadu sportspersons have been added to the UG category.
• Sons and daughters of ex-servicemen from Tamil Nadu have been included in the UG category.

To apply for any of these categories, the reservation categories must be updated before May 30 only. For more details, candidates are advised to check the updated brochure on the official website of the consortium.

CLAT 2022: Steps to Make Changes in Reservation Categories

To make changes to the reservation category, follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Visit the www.consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

Step 2: Log into your CLAT account.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Edit Application’ option.

Step 4: Proceed to the Reservation tab and make the changes as required.

Step 5: Click on the Submit button to save your changes.
