CUET UG 2022 Likely in July, Exam Dates Expected Anytime Soon

CUET UG exam date is expected to be announced today i.e., 22nd June by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The admission process for CUET UG ended on 31st May and the exam is expected to be held in the month of July, however, the exam date are not out yet. CUET has received nearly 10 lakh applications, making it the second biggest exam in the country after the NEET. 

All central universities will accept CUET 2022 scores, including Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Jamia Millia Islamia, and Aligarh Muslim University. In addition, it can be used for admission to private and Deemed-to-be universities. Students can enroll through CUET at several top colleges such as Jamia Hamdard and TISS.

CUET will be conducted in two slots- Slot 1 from 9:00 AM to 12.15 PM and Slot 2 from 3:00 PM to 6.45 PM. The question paper will be divided into three sections and the first section will have two sub-sections. Section IA and IB will have 50 questions each out of which 40 must be attempted. Section II and III will contain 50 and 75 questions out of which 40 and 60 need to be attempted, respectively. 

According to the official CUET notification, each question will carry 5 marks which will be awarded for every right answer. In case of a wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted. There is no penalty for an unattempted question.
