DAVV BA LLB Exam: Questions Out Of Syllabus, Students Taken by Surprise!

The students of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya who took the BA LLB second-semester exam recently alleged that some of the questions in Constitution–I paper were out of syllabus. The students were shocked after looking at the question paper as six out of ten questions were out of syllabus. The question paper was given for 80 marks. The issue came to light when a group of students approached the officials of the university. The students requested the officials to look into the matter.

One of the students expressed his concern that he had prepared for the exam according to the syllabus prescribed, and he was shocked to see that six questions were out of syllabus. Students’ union activists demanded the varsity officials sort the issue as early as possible.

Abhijeet Pandey, a students’ union leader stated that a complaint has been registered regarding the issue with the Vice Chancellor and Examination Controller. The union demanded necessary action in the case.

Ashes Tiwari, Examination Controller, DAVV responded that they would look into the issue and consult the subject experts. He assured that necessary action would be taken if there are any discrepancies.

Recently, the students of Himachal Pradesh University also faced a similar kind of problem where 98% of students pursuing the first semester failed in the exams. The students demanded a revaluation of answer scripts. However, the university confirmed that the valuation was correct and 98% students failed in the first semester.
