Fake Public Notice on JEE Main April 2020 Circulates on Social Media
A fake public notice circulated on social media stating that JEE Main April 2020 will be conducted in July. NTA has ruled out the fake statement and advised candidates not to believe in rumours.
JEE Main April 2020 has been postponed, and the exam is expected to be conducted in the last week of May. However, a fake public notice circulated on social media, which said that the April session of JEE Main exam will be conducted in July 2020. The fake public notice has come into the notice of National Testing Agency (NTA), and the exam authority indicated that the fake public notice dated 14/04/2020 has been circulating on social media, and the candidates are advised to not believe in such fake rumours. NTA will officially confirm the exam date for JEE Main once the lockdown is lifted.
JEE Main application form correction window will be active till May 03, 2020, and the candidates can make changes in personal details and choice of exam centre as well.
Coronavirus outbreak and national wide lockdown till May 03, 2020, has delayed the process of JEE Main examination. The exam was scheduled to be conducted from April 05 to 11, 2020.
