IEM Kolkata to Conduct International Conference on Disruptive Change and Organisational Development

Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) Kolkata, a premier institute in India for higher education in management and engineering has called for papers to be presented at the International Conference on ‘Disruptive Change and Organisational Development’ on August 30 and 31 at the institute.
IEM Kolkata has over the past few years managed to conduct several international conferences at destinations such as New York, Vancouver, Bangkok, Kolkata, and Las Vegas. Many renowned academicians, industry representatives, and research scholars have attended the conferences. The papers which have been presented at these conferences have been published in many reputed international journals.

The theme of this new conference is about the disruptive changes and due to these changes, organizations are finding it difficult to handle the uncertain and ambiguous environment. The cause of these disruptions is not only disruptive technologies but also the presence of environmental factors, globalization issues, and even geopolitical tensions. The organisations need to adapt, be ready for innovation in terms of the organizational culture, system, and processes in order to face competition and take a lead.
The structure of the conference is such that it will be divided into four tracks and each track will have topics for discussion. IEM Kolkata invites research papers and case studies from research scholars, academicians, students and consultants for submission to the conference. After the review, the authors of the papers that have been selected will be invited to present their papers at the conference. There will be keynote talks and webinars by reputed people during the conference who will give the participants an idea of the complex scenario in today’s world.
