IIM Bangalore PGPPM, PGP students Launch Public Policy Summit
IIMB’s student of Post-Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management and the Public Policy Club of the Postgraduate has launched a public policy summit. The summit is known as Utthan and will address contemporary policy issues.
IIMB’s students of Post-Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management (PGPPM) and the Public Policy Club of the course have come together to launch Utthan - which is a public policy summit that will be held at the IIM-B campus itself on 11th November 2018. The theme of the public policy summit is De-Globalisation - Is the Tide Reversing?
About the Public Policy Summit
IIM Bangalore's summit will consist of three main events - a quiz competition - Curiosity, a case study competition - Samadhaan and the third will be a mock press competition. According to the IIMB’s official release, the main objective of the public policy summit is to provide a platform to discuss contemporary policy issues and topics.
The summit will also include a panel discussion which will have panelists from different industries, politics, academia and streams. The panel discussion will be referred to as Samvaad.
Also, it is important to note that the registration for IIM-B Public Policy Summit is free of cost.
