IIM Indore Atharv 2017: Cultural and Management Fest Concludes
- Atharv 2017 was a three-day fest which was organised by premier management institute - IIM Indore. It was a compilation of both management and cultural events.
- Comedy Night by Rahul Subramanian was one of the highlights of the fest.
‘Atharv 2017, the cultural and management fest of Indian Institute of Management, Indore began on September 8, 2017, and concluded on September 10, 2017. It was a three-day fest which featured more than 30 events. The theme of one of the biggest cultural and management fests of the country this year was ‘Comics’ which featured characters including Wonder Woman, Spiderman and Batman came together for some epic escapades. Comedy Night and Pro Night were also a part of ‘Atharv 2017’

‘Atharv 2017’ witnessed India’s most loved DJs, Zaeden and Teri Miko for the event ‘Pro Night’ and Rahul Subramanian for the event ‘Comedy Night’. Rahul Subramanian is among India’s popular stand-up comics and his show was a riot of laughter. All in all, ‘Atharv 2017’ was an event for everyone.

Music and dance competitions were also the part of cultural programmes. One of the major highlights of the cultural events was the Fashion Show. The fest encouraged the participants to display their hidden talents. LAN Gaming Event, Street Play Event and Photography Event were some of the programmes lined up during the fest.
Various literary and management events enabled the budding entrepreneurs and managers to improve their skills. HR Event, Marketing Event and British Parliamentary Debate were some of the literary and management competitions. These competitions helped the students to boost up their intellectual skills.
Various informal events like quirky phone booth and paintball were also conducted as a part of ‘Atharv 2017’.
