IIM Indore's Cultural Fest 'IRIS' to Begin on November 10
- IRIS, which is an annual IIM Indore Cultural Fest is scheduled to be held from 10th November to 12th November 2017.
- The event will feature stars such as KK, Nikhil Chinappa, and the famous rock band Nalayak.
IRIS - the famous cultural fest of Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM Indore) is scheduled to begin from November 10. The three-day carnival, for this year, has teamed up with Maruti Suzuki and VH-1. It will come continue until 12th November 2017.
The event attracts students from all the top b-schools of India and gives them an opportunity to showcase best talents and artists of the country. This year, renowned performers such as KK and Nikhil Chinappa are expected to grace the stage. Nalayak, the popular rock band, will also perform at the IRIS fest this year. A footfall of more than 20,000 is expected by the organizers.

Apart from cultural and social events, very well-known speakers such as Srijan Pal Singh, Founder of Kalam Center; Milee Ashwarya, Commissioning Editor, Penguin Swimming House India; Kishore Kharat, CEO & Managing Director of Indian Bank among others will deliver lectures during the speaker series.
Also, various management related events with a focus on marketing, consulting, human resources, finance, etc will also be conducted. Events such as Lavanya, fashion show, battle for the best dancer, and voice of Indore are some of the most awaited occasions of the fest.

- Human Resource club of IIM Indore is organizing its first event Advaita.
- Chain Reaction is an interesting event for those who wish to showcase their skill, knowledge and market intuition within the supply chain market.
- Finance League is an event which challenges the knowledge of the financial geniuses from India’s best management institutes.
- Drona will be an event that will primarily focus on what it really takes to be a leader.
- Other flagship events scheduled include Ashwamedha, Jigyaasa, Kalpavriksha, Foresight among others.
