IIMC Result 2017 Likely to be Announced by June 21

The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has announced that the results of Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) Entrance Exam 2017 will be released either on June 20 or 21, 2017. The same information has been mentioned on its official website.
Students can check and download their result on the official website of IIMC on the results release day.
The IIMC entrance test 2017 for different courses was conducted in different slots on May 27 and May 28 this year for admissions into PG Diploma courses. The entrance examination was held in 18 cities across the country.

IIMC Available Seats:
Around 184 seats are available for all PG programmes across six IIMC campuses.

Selection Process:
Candidates whose names appear in the merit list published based on the marks secured in the entrance test will have to attend the counselling session. IIMC prepares a separate merit list for each course. Also, a separate list is released for the reserved seats.
The information regarding the selection in the entrance test will also be shared with the students in the form of IIMC call letters.
Candidates receiving the call letters will have to appear for the interview and group discussion round. The exact dates of the selection round are yet to be revealed. It is expected that IIMC counselling process would begin in the first week of July or last week of June.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview round. The final merit list of the candidates getting admission will be released on the official website by its conducting body.

Although the authority has notified the date of announcing IIMC results, going by the extension in the admit card dates and date of application process thrice, it is expected that the same may happen with the result declaration dates.
