IIT Madras Entrepreneurship Summit 2022 Over 800 Startups Featured
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) will be conducting IIT Madras Enterpenushil Summit 2022 featuring over 800 startups and 5000 students.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M) will conduct its sixth annual entrepreneurship festival, which will include over 800 startups and 715 colleges from March 3 to March 6, 2022. The Keynote presentation for the Seventh Edition of the annual E-Summit will be delivered by Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Government of India (GOI). Keeping the covid-19 situation in mind it will be an online summit.

IIT Madras Entrepreneurship Summit 2022 Highlights
- The Vaidehi Mishra, Students' Head, E-Cell, IIT Madras (IIT-M) stated, ‘The summit will promote the usage of new goods, services, and business models that integrate India's social, ecological, and environmental concerns through case study events and policy contests.
- The E Summit 2022 IIT Madras will have four conclaves addressing people at various stages of entrepreneurship including Innovators' Conclave, Youth Conclave, Start-up Conclave, and Sustainability Conclave.
- The fifth edition of the famous pan-India fund-raising competition, 'Elevate,' involving 477 entrepreneurs from diverse disciplines, will also be held during E-Summit 2022.
- At the summit, many renowned personalities from various sectors offer presentations highlighting their personal struggles with the summit's fundamental issue.
Over the last decade and a half, IIT Madras has focused on entrepreneurship. We've been focusing on translational research, and we want our findings to benefit society as a whole” stated Prof V Kamakoti, the institute's Director.
