JEE Main 2021 to be Conducted in 13 Languages: Check the List Here

NTA has released the official notification for JEE Main 2021 Phase 1 exam on December 16. JEE Main 2021 will be conducted in 13 languages. The Phase 1 exam will be conducted from February 23 to 26, 2021.

JEE Main 2021 Phase 1 official notification has been released on December 16, 2020, and the entrance exam will be conducted from February 23 to 26, 2021. Recently, HRD Minister confirmed that JEE Main 2021 will be conducted in 13 languages. Apart from this major change, JEE Main 2021 will be conducted four times. The Phase 2, 3 & 4 exams will be conducted in March, April, and May respectively.

List of Regional Languages Added in JEE Main 2021

The list of languages in which JEE Main 2021 will be conducted are as follows –

English

Hindi

Assamese

Bengali

Gujarati

Kannada

Marathi

Malayalam

Odia

Punjabi

Tamil

Telugu

Urdu

Candidates choosing the regional language as the medium in JEE Main 2021 must note that he/ she will be allocated exam center in his/ her respective state. For example, candidates choosing Telugu as the medium, he/she will be allocated an exam centre in Andhra Pradesh. The candidates will have to choose the language while filling the online application form.

This is a good decision, as it will help the students studying Class 12th in regional language. With this decision, JEE Main 2021 has crossed the barriers and is set to reach to more students. The number of registrations for JEE Main 2021 may go up.
