NTA has declared JEE Main Session 1 Exam Date 2024. Find below all the important dates for JEE Main 2024 1st attempt along with other instructions.
JEE Main Session 1 Exam Date 2024: The National Testing Agency has released JEE Main Session 1 exam date 2024 at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Every year, JEE Main examination is conducted by NTA in two sessions to provide dual opportunities for candidates to qualify the examination. As per the schedule released, JEE Main Session 1 exam 2024 will commence on January 24 and conclude on February 1, 2024. JEE Main 2024 B.Tech Paper 1 examination will be held on multiple days in two shifts due to the huge number of applicants and the exam mode being a computer-based test. Through JEE Main 2024 examination, the NTA authorities will select the most eligible candidates for B.E/B.Tech admission at IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs.

It is to be noted that there are no chances of postponement of the examination as so far this year, all regular pre-pandemic academic schedules have been followed. NTA will not entertain any requests in this regard.
Candidates can participate in either Session 1, Session 2, or both sessions to enhance their chances of succeeding in the examination. Although it is not mandatory to take both sessions, doing so can help students attain a better score and thus higher rank. Candidates must note that only those who meet the eligibility criteria set by the NTA for the JEE Main 2024 examination will be permitted to participate in the test.
