The schedule for the popular Common Entrance Test (CET) 2017 has been announced by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). Notification for the exam schedule was released on Monday, December 12, 2016. KEA CET 2017 is scheduled to conducted on two dates i.e. May 2 and 3, 2017.

CET 2017 will be administered for admission to various courses in the field of Engineering, Ayurveda, Technology, Homoeopathy, Naturopathy, Farm Science and Unani.

Admission to the following degree courses will be done through KEA CET 2017:

KEA has made another important announcement and notified medical aspirants that admission to all medical and dental courses will be based on National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2017. Students who wish to take admission in medical and dental colleges in Karnataka will have to appear for NEET 2017 that will be conducted by CBSE.

Also, KEA has made it clear that admissions to architecture courses will be based on NATA 2017 scores. Students aspiring for architecture courses will have to give the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2017. NATA is conducted by the Council of Architecture. In order to get a detailed eligibility criteria students can visit the official website of KEA.
