The Government of Kerala clearly indicated that it might approach the Supreme Court over medical admissions. The government has to seek clarity on the order of Kerala High Court permitting all private medical and dental colleges in the state to go ahead with admission process for the management quota seats.

Previously, the Supreme Court and Central Government announced that the admissions for medical and dental courses have to be conducted based on the NEET list.Mr. P. Vijayan, Chief Minister of Kerala, said that the High Court could not take a decision regarding the issue. So, it is better to approach SC to seek legal clarity.
