List of Documents to be Uploaded after JoSAA Seat Allotment 2022

With the release of the JoSAA Seat Allotment 2022 candidates must prepare for the seat acceptance process. To complete the Seat Acceptance process, all candidates must undergo two stages: Payment of Seat Acceptance Fee and Document Verification. General Category candidates will have to pay Rs 35,000, while for Reserved Category candidates have to pay Rs 15,000. For the Document Verification Process, candidates will have to upload certain documents to the login portal after accepting the seat allotment. Here is the list of the documents required to upload for admissions to IITs, NIT, IIIT, IIEST, and other institutions. 

List of Documents to be Uploaded after JoSAA Seat Allotment 2022: Admission to IIT

Here is the list of the documents that candidates will have to upload to the login portal to secure admissions to IITs of India as the release of seat allotment: 

• Class 10 Mark Sheet and Certificate as Proof of Age or the  Birth Certificate 
• Class 12 Mark Sheet or Qualifying Examination details
• Category Certificate for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS (if applicable)
• Original Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Candidates (if applicable)
• Crossed Bank Cheque copy / Image of Passbook with bank account details
• Medical Certificate 
• OCI/PIO card (if applicable)
• For Foreign Candidates- Passport / Citizenship certificate (if applicable)

Note: Candidates must be aware that all the documents must be true and the original copy must be in the possession of the candidates, as they may be required at later stages.

Candidates who have been listed for the JoSAA Seat Allotment 2022 for the NITs, IIITS, or other institutions will have to upload these following documents to the portal: 

• Class 10 Certificates and Mark sheet for Date of Birth 
• Class 12 Mark Sheet/Certificate 
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Original Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Candidates (if applicable)
• Crossed Bank Cheque copy / Image of Passbook with bank account details
• Medical Certificate 
• JEE Main 2022 Admit Card Copy
• For Foreign Candidates- Passport / Citizenship certificate (if applicable)
