Karnataka PGCET 2021: Karnataka PGCET 2021 exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 13 and 14, 2021. The M.E. and M.Tech exams will be conducted on November 13 while the MCA and MBA exams are scheduled to be held on November 14, 2021. Now that we hope you are well prepared for the upcoming exam, there are some very important points which you need to know before you go for the test. Keeping these important points in mind will not only help you manage your test process easily but might also help to score better.

The following article will overview the important exam instructions for Karnataka PGCET 2021 exam.

A Brief Overview of Karnataka PGCET 2021 Exam Pattern

Before moving on to the Karnataka PGCET exam day notes, let us look at major highlights for the Karnataka PGCET exam pattern:

  • The exam is conducted in offline (pen and paper) mode.

  • There will be multiple-choice questions (MCQ). 4 options will be available for each question and you have to select one correct answer.

  • The exam will be conducted for 150 minutes.

  • 4 different versions of the paper will be there in the exam.

  • A total of 100 questions will be there for each course.

  • 1 mark will be given for each question in case of the MBA exam.

  • For M.E., M.Tech, and MCA exams, marking will be different for different sections of the paper.

Karnataka PGCET 2021 Exam Day Instructions

Let us look at some of the important exam day instructions for Karnataka PGCET 2021:

  • In any case, DO NOT forget to carry your hall ticket to the exam center. Make sure you keep at least 2 copies of admit cards with you a day before the exam.

  • Do not bring any unfair means to the exam. You are not allowed to bring any paper, mobile phones, digital calculator, digital watch, formula table, or any other technical device to the exam hall.

  • Also, keep one or two government issues photo identity cards along with your hall ticket. Include passport size photographs too.

  • Make sure that you reach the exam center at least 2 hours before the test time. A lot of time is consumed during the pre-examination process.

  • Submit your admit card and other documents to the exam invigilator when asked for.

  • Before taking any action in the exam hall, do not forget to ask the invigilator once.

  • Use only the sheet provided by the invigilator to do the calculations. You can bring your own black/ blue pen for the test.

  • Submit the question paper, answer sheet, and all other things before you leave the exam hall.
