RRB NTPC 2022: Evaluation Criteria

The evaluation for RRB NTPC 2022 will be done on the basis of the following criteria:

Mistakes will be divided into two categories as follows:

  • Full mistakes and half mistakes

The authorities will be ignoring the 5% mistakes of the total number of words that a candidate has typed.

  • According to the total number of mistakes found in the paragraph, the total number will be calculated as follows:
  • Number of full mistakes + Number of Half mistakes/ 2 = Total number of mistakes
  • Number of mistakes - 5% of the total number of words typed by the candidate = Final count of mistakes

Here is the formula that will be used to find out the typing speed of candidates:

  • Typing  Speed = Number of total words typed - (Final count of mistakes * 10) / Time
  • The minimum speed that a candidate must have should be at least 30 words per minute and for Hindi, it is 25 words per minute.
