The first-year fee for BCA in Cloud Computing/ Ethical Hacking/ Cyber security at Srinivas University, Mangalore is Rs. 1,18,000 for non-Karnataka students and Rs. 80,000 for Karnataka resident students. However, the university also offers MCA course in Cyber Security at Rs. 1,03,000 for non-Karnataka students and Rs. 90,000 for Karnataka resident students.

Srinivas University Mangalore offers a four year B.Tech course in Cyber Security & Cyber Forensics. The total fees for Karnataka candidates is Rs 3,86,500 and for non-Karnataka candidates is Rs 4,29,500. Srinivas University Mangalore has four hostels and the annual hostel fee is as follows: Girls Hostel, Carstreet - Rs 34000, Srinivas Girls Hostel - Rs 36000, Boys Hilltop Hostel - Rs 34000 and Mukka Hostels - Rs.42,000.
