According to the corporate advisor R Gopalakrishnan, if the current education system is analysed, once can see institutes producing talented, skilled professionals who prove their worth as competent managers in the industry. However, one cannot be definite that these managers are happy managers. He pointed out that one of the biggest problems faced by managers while trying to balance their work and personal life is stress.
