The KCET 2026 exam will be held from April 22-24, 2026, by KEA. It includes Physics, Chemistry (mandatory, 60 marks each), and Biology/Mathematics (60 marks). An optional Kannada Language Test is also part of it. Candidates receive +1 for correct answers, with no negative marking.

KCET Exam 2026 LIVE: The KCET 2026 exam will begin tomorrow, April 22, 2026 . The Karnataka Examinations Authority will conduct the KCET exam 2026 in multiple shifts. The exam will be held in three days and will end on April 24, 2026 . Candidates who will be appearing for this academic year’s KCET exam should refer to the last-minute preparation, must do questions and short notes on the most important topics to ace their performance level and to obtain a good rank in the exam.

The KCET exam 2026 will start with the Kannada Language Test, which is mandatory for the Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates. Candidates will get 60 marks for questions asked on each topic- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. Among these, Physics and Chemistry are mandatory to answer, and the rest they should choose either Mathematics or Biology.
