30 students of Vignan Engineering College secured good ranks in national level GATE-2016. On this occasion, the college management conducted a press meet on 21-March-2016.
Addressing the press, College principal, K. Phaneendra Kumar said “30 students have got qualified to secure admission in M.Tech courses in reputed institutions like IIT and NIIT.” He congratulated the students on the occasion.
The following are the students who secured ranks in GATE-2016
- Sai Manohar-Final year ECE- 3079 th rank
- B.Nagaraju-ECE- 10904
- Nagarjuna Reddy-Mechanical- 27740
- P.Dharmendra-CSE- 6999
College principal also stated that the students of their college have been continuing their winning streaks at various competitions. He also said that more than 450 students got selected in campus placements in the academic year 2015-2016.
The press meet was attended by College chairman, Vice-Chairman, Principal, Students, Parents and Faculty.
