JEE Main 2022 Final Answer Key for Session 1 has been released on July 06, 2022 by NTA. Four questions from 3 shifts have been dropped for which candidates might be awarded additional grace marks.
JEE Main 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA), on July 06, 2022 evening, released JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Final Answer Key after reviewing and implementing all the valid objections raised against the preliminary key. Unlike the preliminary answer key, 4 questions from the overall shifts have been dropped in the final answer key.
Two of these dropped questions are from each 24/06/2022 – Shift 1 and 26/06/2022 – Shift 1 while the rest two are from a single shift, 29/06/2022 – Shift 2. Given that 4 questions have been dropped, it is expected that the candidates from the respective shifts will be awarded grace marks. However, NTA has not made any statement or released any notice to address the dropped questions.

In case NTA decides to give grace marks, all the students, irrespective of whether they answered the question or not, will be given these marks. The decision to award any or no marks lies solely with NTA and shall the agency decide to award the grace marks, the same will be mentioned along with the results.

If grace marks are awarded, candidates from the first shift on 24th and 26th June will be awarded +4 marks each and the candidates from the second shift on 29th June will be given +8 marks. It shall again be noted that no confirmation regarding the grace marks has yet been given.
As JEE Main 2022 Final Answer Key for Session 1 has been released, it is most likely that NTA will declare JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Result very soon as well, tentatively as early as tonight i.e., on July 08, 2022. Read more.
