88 Percent Candidates Appear for Polytechnic Entrance Exam
The Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEEC) successfully conducted JEE Polytechnic Exam on 1st May 2016 across various examination centers in Uttar Pradesh. 88 Percent candidates appeared for the exam.

According to co ordinator F R Khan exams were conducted in two meetings first was 8 am to 11 am and Second was from 2pm to 5:30pm. 4.67 lakh students took in exams while more than 63 thousand left the entrance exams.
JEECUP is conducted every year across the state under (DTE) Directorate of Technical Education for those who are looking for admission in engineering and Polytechnic diploma courses offered by Government Aided/ Private sector/affiliated colleges to Board of Technical Education (BTEUP).
