The times school of journalism invites applications for admission to postgraduate diploma in journalism. the Times Group is India’s largest media house with a dominant presence across all media platforms and a footprint spanning the whole of Indian sub-continent. The flagship daily of the group - The Times of India – is today the largest English newspaper in the world with its sister publication – The Economic Times being world’s second-largest English business daily. In 1990, it set up the Times Centre for Media Studies in Delhi (renamed as Times Centre for Media and Management Studies in 2010) which started offering the journalism programme under the brand name Times School of Journalism (which was made into a separate company in 2010).
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 45% of marks in aggregate.
- Age below 28 years
- Students appearing for final year van also apply
Selection procedure:
A small batch of 30-35 students. Admissions are through an all India examination followed by an interview.

Application forms can be downloaded from the official website of the institute and sent it with the copies of certificate and fees of Rs 750 only.
