- Do not carry any stationery items such as pens, pencils, scales or geometry boxes.
- Do not bring any gadgets, mobile phoes or health bands.
- Bring only a transparent water bottle. Diabetic candidates can carry their food and medicines with a valid medical certificate.

- NEET 2026 admit card printed on A4 paper
- 2 copies of passport photograph, same as the image uploaded during application form fill up process
- One postcard photo pasted on the Proforma (which was downloaded with admit card)
- Original Aadhaar card, PAN Card, Voter ID or Passport
- PWD certificate (if applicable)
