Age Limit for UPSC Civil Services 2023Age Limit for UPSC Civil Services 2023: The Union Public Service Commission has started inviting online applications for UPSC Civil Services 2023. Interested and eligible applicants must apply through the official site i.e, upsconline.nic.in. The last date to apply is February 21, 2023. Candidates before applying must check out the age limit for UPSC Civil Services 2023 given below. A total of 1105 vacancies have been released by the conducting authorities for the civil services exam. The UPSC Civil Services 2023 Prelims exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 28.
Age Limit for UPSC Civil Services 2023: lower & upper age limit
Candidates are required to check out the age limit before filling up the UPSC Civil Services 2023 application form.

Upper Age Limit for UPSC Civil Services 2023 | 32 years (as on 1st August of the year of the examination) |
Lower Age Limit for UPSC Civil Services 2023 | 21 years as on 1st August of the year of the examination. The age relaxations for the reserved categories are as per the rules and regulations. |
Nationality | The candidate must be a citizen of India. |
Educational Qualification | Aspirants must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or its equivalent. |
Number of Attempts | Candidates belonging to the general category can appear a maximum of 6 times in the UPSC Civil Services 2023. There is relaxation for reserved categories. |
Physical Fitness | The candidate must be physically fit and satisfy the medical standards prescribed by the UPSC. |
Character and Antecedents | Students should be of good moral character and should not have any criminal antecedents. |
Other Conditions | The candidate must satisfy all other conditions as specified by the UPSC from time to time. |
