JoSAA Counselling Registration 2026 BeginsJoSAA Counselling Registration 2026 Begins: Candidates who have qualified for the JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced exams and want to pursue their B.Tech. should participate in the JoSAA counselling process. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority has been started the JoSAA counselling registration process 2026 today, June 2, 2026 . To participate in the counselling registration process, candidates should visit the official website at josaa.nic.in and log in using their JEE Main application number and password. The interested candidates should complete their JoSAA online registration on or before June 11, 2026 (till 5 PM) . Immediately after successful registration, the candidates can fill out their choices, and they should enter the maximum number of choices in their preferred order. Since the authority will release the round 1 and round 2 JoSAA mock allotment results on June 8 and June 10, 2026, respectively, it is advised to complete the online registration and fill in the choices before that.

JoSAA Counselling Registration 2026: Required Documents for Form Filling
During the JoSAA counselling registration process, the candidates should upload the following list of documents. Note that the documents should be uploaded only as per the specifications.
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheet/ certificate
- Candidates’ Aadhaar Card or Birth Certificate (for Date of Birth)
- JEE Main admit card 2026
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS), if applicable. The document should be uploaded as per the Government of India format.
- Original Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwD), if applicable. Note that the PwD certificate should be issued by the competent authority.
- Medical certificate
- OCI certificate/ PIO card, if applicable.
- Passport/Citizenship certificate, if applicable
- Image of a Passbook with bank account details or a copy of a crossed bank cheque
