Agniveer MR Recruitment 2023: Exam Date Announced
Soon after the publication of the Agniveer MR recruitment result, the authorities uploaded admit cards of shortlisted candidates on their official website i.e. joinindiannavy.gov.in. As per the latest updates, teh physical fitness exam is likely to be held between April 5 to 15, 2023.
Following the completion of the physical fitness test, the shortlisted candidate will be able to move ahead with the next process i.e document verification and medical examination.
Agniveer MR Recruitment 2023: Physical Test Requirements
Those who have qualified in the written test for Agniveer MR Recruitment 2023 have to mandatorily appear in the physical fitness test. Those who couldn’t make it to this next stage will be disqualified from the recruitment process.
To help aspirants ace the next stage of the recruitment exam, below is a list of tests that candidates have to undergo.
Male
- For the male candidates, there will be a 1.6km race that has to be completed within 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
- There will be 20 squats and 12 pushups.
Female:
- Female participants need to fish the 1.6 km race within 8 minutes.
- There won’t be any push-ups for them however the candidates need to undergo 10 bent knees and 15 squats.
