All India Trade Test (AITT) under Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) schedule is expected to be declared soon by NCVT. The exam schedule was earlier postponed citing the delay in ITI semester result declaration.
The release of All India Trade Test or AITT schedule, which was postponed due to the delay in the semester result declaration of ITI, is expected to be declared soon. The semester result for ITI was finally declared on the 08th of January 2020 and it seems that the release of AITT schedule is just around the corner. The notice regarding the delay in the AITT schedule release was issued on December 20 by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
The All India Trade Test is a vocational training exam conducted twice every year by the Directorate General of Training in Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship which is taken by approximately 25 lakh candidates. It is also known as AITT under CTS (Craftsmen Training Scheme). It is an online entrance test.

NCVT is also considering to rope in an exam agency who will conduct the All India Trade Test (AITT) on their behalf. Once the conducting body narrows down to a suitable exam conducting body, it will release the complete schedule for the AITT CTS exam.
The officers have already been ordered by NCVT to start preparing question papers for engineering drawing and trade practical subjects. Arrangements regarding the conduct of AITT CTS exam is also expected to have begun.

All the AITT eligible trainees can go to their respective IT labs to avail the facility of mock tests. The trainees can access the mock tests from their cellular devices and if required, the IT labs will be made accessible to the candidates on weekends as well.
